Carelink Clinic Grows In Guatemala

Nearly 15 years ago Carelink International came into being as part of the ministry platform for Ron and Frances Maggard’s ministry in Cuba. We began with the stateside acquisition and transportation of medical supplies and equipment that could be distributed throughout Cuba. We used our churches as distribution centers for the local clinics and hospitals afranksantond immediately we began to realize the tremendous evangelistic potential for this type of ministry.

In 2001 Carelink established a local medical clinic in Jupiter, Florida which was a vital link in our Gospel work in establishing the Iglesia Bautista Faro de Luz. This clinic operated for nearly 10 years until we decided to close when we felt we could no longer keep evangelism as our priority due to interference from local government, business and financial encroachments.

frankmarcosCarelink International continues to minister with medical teams in various countries in the Caribbean basin. If you would like to be a part of one of our teams see the mission trip dates below. Our goal is to establish full time clinics in each of our local church ministries so that we may follow the example of Jesus to heal the sick and preach the Gospel.
